Organisation just need to look at if all teams are collaborating and are playful about the work done of-course with clarity of objectives and timelines . Environment of growth and fairness / wellness

If you have an end goal in mind, best to articulate it, even at the cost of being repetition in the initial stages. Once done, it is this ‘one team one goal’ approach that gets a life of its own and becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy !

One thing I have found helpful in hiring the right people is by looking around my immediate environment for those that have skills with integrity,, no matter if not really experienced, before a request is sent for official competence. This gives opportunity to a good hand to be devoted to the organization. Hiring smart sometimes does not mean professional models but good hands that need support especially the community. Once the vision and mission is understood with training, the success of the start-up business is dependent on the amount of work done by the visioner.

Integrity is key, people can learn processes and product but integrity goes a long way in building trusting relationships. You need to train and trust that your people can drive the proverbial bus to the destination. Attitude is important, history of overcoming obstacles, a friendly demeanour and good communication skills are all good traits we look for.

When hiring for Startups I've worked in, I always defined 5 non-negotiable criteria that I used for selection of talent, and then incorporated assessments on capability of candidates throughout the recruitment process. The 5 criteria varied depending on the organisation and the talent being recruited but I always had criteria. This approach was recommended by Mark Roberge (Co-Founder of Hubspot) in his book, the Sales Acceleration Formula and proved very effective at hiring smart and ensuring the talent you brought into your startup was the right talent at the right time.

L’embauche c’est très important au sein d’une société. Elle permet le développement. Si l’on veut grandir il faut embaucher. Mais il faut embaucher de façon qualitative et intelligente. Trouver des profils intéressants dans leur réflexion et leur implication. Il est souvent plus qualitatif d’employer quelqu’un au feeling qui n’est même pas forcément de la même branche. Plutôt qu’embaucher quelqu’un qui a fait des études poussées dans le domaine. Une vision nouvelle et extérieur est parfois bien plus importante. L’embauche c’est un sentiment personne va faire grandir la société va apporter quelque chose de neuf et de continu ?

Il est important de fixer des objectifs. Cela permet d’avancer. Point par point il faut lister les objectifs du plus urgent au plus lointain. L’attribuer à une personne ou un groupe de personne cela permet d’identifier qui va travailler dessus. Décrire les principales étapes de cet objectif. Puis donner une date limite. Fixer des objectifs permet de les rendre réalisables dans un temps donné. Il est aussi possible d’y attribué une prime de réalisation.
