Por exemplo, se você quiser trabalhar em uma multinacional, certamente uma hard skill exigida em boa parte dessas vagas é o inglês. Se você deseja trabalhar na área financeira, um bom nível de Excel será uma hard skill essencial. No entanto, acho válido destacar algumas competências ou soft skills importantes para o mercado de trabalho, independentemente da área de atuação. São elas: equilíbrio emocional, comunicação, relacionamento, visão de negócio e criatividade.

Identifique os requisitos mais comuns nos anúncios de vagas para cargos semelhantes ao que você procura. Em seguida, consulte um profissional da área para entender quais habilidades são especialmente importantes para o progresso na carreira.
