Für die Neugierigen das wissenschaftliche Abenteuer. Für die Gemeinschaftsorienrierten die Aufgabe für die ganze Nation. So konnte jeder mit seinen Bedürfnissen an die Vision anknüpfen. Bei der Umsetzung sollten dann alle den größtmöglichen Freiraum bekommen.

As you progress, make sure expectations are correct. If you are seen as someone who is always willing to jump in and do the work, people will expect that of you in the future.

Develop a system to communicate the vision. A regular rhythm. We do an all-hands meeting once a month. It started out awkward and clunky but it's getting better every month. Biggest mistake I made was trying to convey too much. Pick a handful of things and reinforce them with ruthless consistency.
