First, Identify the reason of conflict which often comes out as different opinion on achieveing the goal and over the priority of tasks. 2. Clarify the goals and ensure that the team understands the main objective of Data Governance project. 3. Send out the clear message about common shared goal and even team may have different opinions, ultimatelt everyone is working towards a common shared goal. 4. The discussion should be goal oriented and focus of discussion should be how to achieve the solution 5. Collaborate with team, monitor the progress and work together to create common solution.
