Sharing screens and working together in real time, provides extra value. Recording the sessions enables clients to watch them again, sometimes seeing something they missed or forgot, or just want to be reminded of. Recording the sessions is especiallly useful for interview prep and practice. It allows job seekers to see themselves as others see them, and to make changes as they practice.

Offering virtual coaching has significantly enhance my career coaching practice by increasing accessibility and flexibility for clients, even for myself. Utilizing video conferencing platforms also allowed me to conduct personalized sessions regardless of geographical location, reaching a wider audience. Virtual coaching allows me efficient scheduling, accommodating diverse time zones and busy schedules. I've also learned to utilize digital tools for assessments, goal setting, and progress tracking, providing real-time feedback and enhancing client engagement. Additionally, offering virtual workshops and webinars to address specific career development topics, fostering a community of learning and networking among clients.

The coach can use the platform to share job and career search information, demonstrating their expertise and providing tips and support job seekers can use. Coaches can also provide value through hosting or participating in audio events, webinars and workshops. Try to provide value, not just an extended sales pitch. Coaches should work with their clients on their profiles and engagement strategy. LinkedIn™ is a good way for job seekers to demonstrate their skills, experience, and expertise through posts and comments that move the discussion forward. Commenting increases visibility and can raise your profile with target companies or people with whom you want to network.
