Una ocasión en el aeropuerto, al llegar a la oficina, los 3 vuelos que originalmente estaban escalonados, llegaban todos juntos con minutos de diferencia entre ellos. Después de darle vueltas para organizar los equipos, entonces fue cuando eché mano de la participación de los equipos. Pedí a los líderes de cada equipo venir a la oficina, les hablé claro y sin rodeos de la situación que enfrentábamos, y les pedí su ayuda para generar propuestas para la atención simultanea de los vuelos que venía, con el mejor y mayor cuidado del servicio y calidad. Armamos una propuesta disruptiva, todos se volvieron participes de la solución. Y lo vuelos salieron sin mayores complicaciones. Así que sí funciona fomentar la participación de los involucrados.
