Make sure to cultivate them and you'll give yourself an enormous advantage over anyone that doesn't.

In the past, we have conducted proof-of-concept tests in a laboratory. We call a laboratory a task group that generates a model to give us clarity on everything involved in making the idea a reality, including having budget clarity for its development. Equally important is that it allows us to answer questions about the financial, operational, and technological viability of the innovative idea.
