My class design is not universal. What works with one group does not always work with another. Change is inevitable and that needs to be acknowledged.If a new situation or a new issue comes up....planning a change will only bring positivity .

Change can be scary but it is absolutely necessary in education. If you teach multiple times on the same subject this is a blessing in disguise. You learn and adapt with each lesson. When the first class made a suggestion to allow them to do the work on the board instead of me doing it while they directed me it gave me even more opportunities for feedback and the students were doing all the work. I simply taught. Work smarter not harder!
