A falta de compartilhamento de conhecimento é algo que pega muito nas empresas hoje, seja por viés do funcionário ao achar que isso fará dele insubstituível, ou pela empresa não exigir essa cultura. Mto se perde com isso, seja ao sobrecarregar uma única pessoa, ao no atraso de desenvolvimento da equipe como um todo. Hoje temos ferramentas que nos ajudam com essa parte, ter uma base de conhecimento da área já ajuda mto nesse processo.

O conhecimento quando possível deve ser compartilhado, isso auxilia a evitar chamadas desnecessárias em momentos inoportunos como férias ou horários de folga, ou em outros momentos de "indisponibilidade", como quando se está concentrado em alguma demanda, e que é necessário interromper para tratar de algo que seria facilmente resolvido pelo próprio usuário mediante alguma orientação prévia.
