La maîtrise des ''basiques'' du métiers ou de ka discipline , par exemple connaître aux bouts de doigts les fonctions des éléments mécaniques de bases telles des roulements, clavettes , circlips, joints ...etc il sera non seulement gênant pour le formateur de revenir sur des notions de bases supposées connues mais également un véritable frein dans l'apprentissage .
