The last thing you need is someone to sugarcoat or be fluffy about where you could be better. After that it’s all about practice and being mindful. The next 5 times you speak, build their feedback into the structure of your talk and by the 6th time you won’t actively have to think so hard about it and will do it more naturally.

As long as you do not disturb others or cause a disruption, practice every chance you have, wherever you are.
