What I have observed and experienced as well is that internships play a very important role in skill enhancement, employability assessment, professional development and career exploration. One situation is when someone is confused about their career pathways, multiple internships help them give a platform for a better exposure and experience; they decide their career accordingly. Another situation is when someone wants to prepare himself for the varied career options; the drive being either a desire to learn and grow or a drive to be ready in this VUCA work environment. However, when one goes for multiple internships in a vague manner without any desire or drive afore mentioned, it may lead to uncertainty and ambiguity in your career plans.

I fully agree with the statement that networking is crucial for creating new opportunities and advancing your professional career. Building a strong network not only boosts productivity but also leads to fresh, innovative ideas when collaborating with mentors and knowledge-sharing individuals. It's important to remember that scientific research, like sports, thrives on teamwork.

Networking is invaluable for every professional. Getting to know professionals from the top person to print person and observing everyone at work is networking beyond names and faces are platinum keys to real networking!

“Industry Insights”program of graduate study provides you with the opportunity to develop your skills and update industry knowledge by taking part in a range of multiple industry related activities. First instance, identify 1-2 industries for your exploratory or research oriented study by searching documents, websites of industry and direct discussion with the “concern manager(s) to identify a “correct issues” or area of study. Furthermore, identify your faculty of concern “discipline as guide” between you and the manager of concern industry. Finally, plan to “present your findings to a group of managers” and submit final report to industry “after approval” of the guide.

Personal growth is an essential part of the early career advancement (through taking internships etc). However, I prefer to think of personal growth, not as a solitary thing, not a form of strengthening one's sense of individualism, but instead one's capacity to become more affectively and accountably plural. People are hubs of social relationships and responsibilities and learning to curate these in a way that leads to a sense of balance and fulfillment is key. The sense of being healthy and yet also plural, a nexus of social roles is key to not only advancement in your career, but I believe builds a foundation for a strong family, community and sense of "self. "Who" you are is in large measure answered by "who and what you support."

Desde que soy una adolescente he dedicado tiempo y esfuerzo a una serie de voluntariados y pasantías que al largo plazo se volvieron la guía para decidirme a qué quería dedicarme el resto de mi vida.
