The CRM landscape is continually evolving, with new technologies and methodologies emerging. To stay relevant, you must keep your knowledge up-to-date. Subscribe to CRM publications, enroll in online courses, and attend webinars or workshops. This not only refreshes your understanding of the field but also shows potential clients or employers that you're committed to staying current. By doing so, you'll be better equipped to provide strategic advice and practical solutions that resonate with today's businesses.

I have worked very hard to plan my career journey - My goal has always been to help people solve problems. I am actually a solutions GEEK!! Even if it took time between roles, changes I made had specific focus on tools/experiences that I did not have prior If service was my expertise, I wanted to know more about how sales (or marketing, or product, etc) functioned/interacted. I made it a point to learn every aspect of a customers journey, across multiple personas, I got out of my comfort zone, and worked to put myself in their shoes , to know and learn their challenges, personalities, needs - the steps here while good, are very broad, the key is you MUST BE INTENTIONAL and focused on your journey - when you do you'll love what you do
