Networking in all ways helps like either with friends and family, company portals, social media, job portals etc. 2. Past experience in other domains can help in deciding the specific area of choice for you in R&D. 3. Read thoroughly the different institutions or research centers or University websites to identify the people who work in your domain of choice. 4. Connect with people by proposing a good project plan which you got through your past experience. This is good and well written, will catch the eye of good scientists. 5.
