Both the reviewer and reviewed person will forget details as the time goes. Make sure that your feedback is communicated within 1-2 days at the most. Additionally, it is crucial to have the proper time and setting for the process to be optimal. Choose a time when you and the person receiving the peer-review are not in a rush for another duty, and not watched by a group, so that it does not become embarrassing.
