Feedback is often useful in teaching plans as it helps to look from other perspectives. At the end of the month or an event such as PTM, it is mandatory to collect the feedback, filter it, sort it out with the recent timeline on the lesson plan, and integrate the changes in the lesson plan. The integration of feedback in the lesson plans would lead to changes either in the content delivery or the content pace or content degradation. It is always helpful to compare the results of after and before effects. It is an insightful technique to determine whether the result's association with feedback changes is positive or negative.

As teachers, we are naturally highly self-critical so it is crucial that we remember that improving our teaching methods is an ongoing commitment. There is no such thing as a perfect teacher- we are, and always will be, a work in progress.

Here are some techniques I like to use during my tutoring sessions: 1) Assess prior learning. Using graphic organizers such as KWL charts helps one interpret the expectations of a student whilst also providing a foundation to build your sessions. 2) Periodic Assessments. I usually try to assess each microscopic and macroscopic component of a topic that has been taught. This not only serves as a great tool to lock in concepts as they are taught but also helps one tie together everything they have acquired during a lesson. 3) Immediate Gratification. Once a certain concept has been drawn in front of a student and tested, a verbal compliment is usually enough to sprout the seed of confidence in a learner.
