In the context of a BtR, it is essential to understand, when analysing the CF, which factors have an impact on the evolution of the NOI, such as the variation in the vacancy rate, rental values over the period being analysed. In the context of BtS, it is essential to understand how construction, acquisition costs, construction, sales period, impact on ROI, and percentage of debt financing impacts on ROE.
