Now more than ever it becomes important to continue to deepen your learning in existing areas of expertise at the same time pick up new relevant skills that are becoming a prerequisite to doing any job in the new world powered by AI, big data and LLMs . Business Analysis is one of the key areas of the knowledge economy / industry / economy system. I believe there is no dull moment in it whatever career stage you are in. So there are always new areas for the BAs to learn. Especially the senior BAs need to learn this to build mastery and also disseminate those to create a great ecosystem. For example, there is already a growing trend of blending the Gen AI tools in Business Analysis and this is something the BAs should experiment to re-experience the joy of doing the things in a new more productive way.
