I believe it is in fact a lot easier to stay resilient in a hybrid environment. Days in office can be dedicated to catching up with people in person and getting small things done whilst the day working from home can be dedicated to tasks that take more time and require continuous focus for a long period of time. Working from home saves time and energy that is otherwise spent by commuting and distractions are less common. But it is important to remember that we are all different, some people prefer working in an office due to difficulties concentrating otherwise and/or home environment, others prefer to work from home because they get a lot more done. If last almost 4 years taught us something, there is no one approach that fits all.
