All the respected teachers are educated and much better trained the evaluation of teachers only the purpose of improvement and good achievement learning of the students result. Before teachers evaluation we design a criteria for evaluation like class assessment ,lesson assessment ,student assessment, test assessment , learning activities assessment, and relations between teachers and students involve in studies .

Set a target first. 1. Make a list of students, (suppose there are 10 in your class) 2. Each name should have, at least, FIVE columns: 1. Vocabulary Mistakes 2. Grammar Mistakes 3. Spelling Mistakes 4. Expression Mistakes 5. Progress The teacher should run a sequence of tests and evaluation. Suppose he/she gives 5 tests in one month. He/she should evaluate each student on the basis of sample criteria given above. This might be an effective way for a purposeful evaluation system.

First of all, the test and evaluation system should be designed by a committee of teachers, test developers and evaluators. They should hold open meetings, the meetings in the presence of the audience. Moreover, the audience sould comprise teachers. In this way, there should be no need to hold extravagant coaching seminars or time wasting training sessions.

The final step is to review the outcomes of your teacher evaluation system and use them for decision-making and improvement. You should share the evaluation results with your teachers in a timely and constructive way, and discuss their strengths, areas of growth, and action plans.
