Changes in any project after awarding a contract is a most common aspects, due to various reasons. Addition/modification in actual scope of work > In sole favour of project, it may enhance functionality at greater scale, & sustainability/longevity of new build, these might be a few causes behind applicable changes. In these situations, review the resources available in hand & figure out upto what extent it can be utilized to cover-up project changes, after evaluating reach out to the sources for adding additional resources looking at type & quantum of work, time limit & funds. So, these additional work can be carried out simultaneously with actual scope of work. Monitor entire project operations & expedite, when & where needed. ✅️ALL🚀SET👷
