As an advocate for widespread adoption, I believe that the influence of emerging tech trends on products, services, processes, systems, people, and organizational culture should be tempered until there is a significant presence of first movers. This approach will allows organizations to carefully evaluate a sample size and make informed decisions about the next steps in their strategy. E.g. GenAI, the latest buzz. It's crucial not to consider a pivot in organizational strategy until proven use cases for telco operations have been successfully implemented in real-time environments. In essence, a measured and evidence-based approach ensures that the integration of emerging technologies aligns with organizational goals and adds real value.
