Adding to the data perspective always add a little touch to it based on the emotional intelligence, what we miss out mostly is that as a CSM we try capturing everything based on pen and paper and at the end of the day to realise the main stake holder would not be our key promoters in their organisation because we never bothered to check on the other aspects like conducting meetings , regular check ups , consistent training on the new features etc
