An HR AI platform is crucial but to have regular communication in person with the stakeholders helps to clear the misunderstandings and quickens to reach the goal.

In my experience, while hiring for technical experts and research specialists, it is important that hiring managers and other stakeholders like managers from production, logistics, sales and HR are 'thinking' on the same lines.
