in my 10 years of experience, I personally felt organizations have a plan to hire and retain a specific talent. the key to turn your employees into global talent magnets is how much of percent of employees you are retaining to how many employees you are letting leave the companies or layoffs. most of the employers are very good at providing the above-mentioned benefits however fails to provide confidence that their job is safe.
