Stakeholder analysis is a critical tool for enhancing data security in an organization and I think by assessing key stakeholder interests, concerns and expectations related to data security,one can understand what data they access, what level of security they require, and any regulatory or compliance requirements they must adhere to. Also ensure to backup and change your password access frequently to ensure you avoid compromise of privacy and security data issues… Get a back up of your data offsite and on cloud!

Regular PENTEST & security assessments must be done frequently (QTR). Company must invest in staffing & active training -- as SECURITY is a highly technical field in addition to the RISK MGT & other special skills required. SECURITY is more on an ART than SCIENCE. There is a TECH side & HUMAN side (where policies, best practices, & prevention is needed). There is no standard fixed blueprint to build a highly secure application. It must be planned & continously improved upon.
