I use two: 1) zzz old for back-up versions saved during the working day, never sent or used (zzz ensures this folder appears at the end when content is sorted) 2) Archive - for important versions sent or checked or before key changes

If it is a complex or heavy analysis then I will leave a copy of the analysis at every major milestone. Incase I have to role back certain steps it becomes easier to pick up the copy and start working.
