How do you handle interpersonal conflicts within your team when facing tight deadlines for a PR event?

I found it helpful to begin with a game plan that assigns tasks based on each individual’s strengths which helps to eliminate stepping on someone else’s toes. It is my responsibility to pay attention with watchful eyes & hearing ears to determine tension. In addition to regular team meetings, I call a special meeting immediately upon feeling the tension so that issues can be nipped in the bud.

A mi me ha resultado útil tener los objetivos individuales y grupales plasmados en un pizarra que pueda ser actualizada día a día. Los objetivos diarios permiten que los equipos e mantengan enfocados. Cuando los objetivos son a plazos más largos los equipos se distraen.

I prefer not to use conflict as a term. An empathetic leader can very well transform these conflicts ( value , pseudo, ego, fact etc) to healthier debates/ discussions that would be useful for the pr release ..If the PR leader has set a clear PR goal with defined timelines and objective oriented processes, any interpersonal differences can be resolved..
