I have personally felt this certification not helpful. But if you have some time and want to test your basics on the web technologies might worth trying it one time.

This certification would be helpful for a Novice to Intermediate developers. But would recommend to learn the concepts in course thoroughly than doing it for certification

Personally, no certificate will replace a few solid personal projects that showcase your system and data design chops. I often find that it’s difficult for a certificate to articulate the complexity of taking an idea and bringing it to life. Assessing on a collection of syntax or singular technologies completely misses the point of development which is solving human problems with a wide range of concepts and technologies. A repo and a conversation does a much better job and showcasing one’s ability. Even if it’s only a partial idea. We can chat about what direction you would take enhancements or things you would do different. No app is truly “done”. If anything, I find that a collection of certs and no personal apps show the opposite

Personally for me I won't consider any of the certification programs. Certifications are valid only if you have learned enough skillset from it otherwise it's just a paper proof to show someone.

The best certification program for a web developer is the "program" that generates TLS (previously SSL) certificate for the website! On a serious note, I am wondering why LinkedIn is coming up with such questions? Why would web developers need certifications? Web development is usually a collection of skills dependent on the business domain that the developer is working on. Adding a generic layer such as "required certifications" to web development is just complicating the process needlessly.

The AWS Certified Developer Associate is also a great option for familiarizing yourself with the AWS ecosystem, given its significant share of cloud customers.
