Here is my flow at the Screening Stage: 1) During correspondence with the candidate, ask pre-screening questions that we have prepared in advance with the hiring manager. I include the same questions in the job posting on LinkedIn. 2) Schedule a screening with me on Google Meet for candidates who have passed the initial check. 3) On the call, ensure that the candidate answers honestly and possesses a sufficient level of skills.
