Unfortunately, this is a more common situation than we would like. Although the authority is obliged to respond to the requirements and requests of operators, sometimes officials do not fulfill their duties, causing inconveniences in the operation. For this I recommend not resorting to authority only when some support is required. It has always worked for me to constantly invite the Inspectors delegated to the company so that they are aware of the progress of the processes and thus feel part of this development.
