Other than the above. My take is that face to face interaction cannot be replaced. Let's discount Covid 19 for now. If I am able to,I will make a trip to visit my team members in person. Rapport is built differently. I usually do visits several times a year and also will have a working session with my team members. Connections like these are almost irreplaceable by AI or Tech. At least for now.
