One thing I have found helpful is to stay updated. As office administrators, we must constantly update ourselves on the new trends, tools, courses etc. We should be ready to learn and apply new information constantly. This will help us stay on top of our game and make things easier for us, especially since many new tools for instance, are there to make our jobs easier and to make monitoring of team members, work progress, consumption trends and so on, much faster and efficient. Of course, we cannot benefit from these advantages if we do not learn how to use the tools or attend the courses as they come up.
