First of all i will identify transferable skills like adaptability, problem solving skills etc Secondly i will try to explore alternate careers like education consultation, customer support in edtech, writing and content creation, blog development, you tuber etc

I have had the opportunity to work with two educators who recently transitioned careers, and I recognized that the corporate world is missing a key component in the learning process: compassion. I am excited to see the very talented, compassionate, and highly educated joining the corporate ranks. Confidence in their skills and abilities would benefit these transitioning educators the most. They need to scour their teaching and educating skills and convert the context of their skills to corporate terminology. Knowing their skills match up will provide confidence when applying for corporate roles. Two roles I have seen educators transition seamlessly and successfully are copywriters and customer success managers.
