This will help one indivisual to understand the areas you may need to improve on the and increase the chance for future opportunities. i would like to share my experiece while working in Cargill Foods Kurkumbh pune i was proces manager managing refinery operations of 2350tpd (600 tpd of Palm; 500tpd of chemical soya, 450mtd of SFO 200tpd of hydro,100tpd of bakery shortening & margarine plants in 2006 worked on building my leadership skills , people managment and excelling in complex situations bsis feedback from my boss and was promoted to plant head in 2008 continued till 2011.
