Alignment with cultural and organizational values is very important and that's why it is essential to use personality and ethics tests. What might seem ethical to another person might not be suitable for the organizational industry or the position even. Hence the organization must stand abide it's values and ask the question whether they are okay to pass on them.. whether they will choose a candidate who is a perfect culture fit or will they choose a candidate who will bring good business but might not be fit for the culture.
