The major hurdles holding back blockchain adoption are: - Lack of a killer app which makes adoption routine rather than having to separate hype from reality (e.g. the belief that blockchain is inherently encrypted) - Lack of a simple commercial framework in which to house the app (Some like Ethereum provide this but are still too confusing), which scare away investors - Regulatory ambiguity which makes it risky for businesses to adopt it - Regular scandals around crypto and exchanges Basically we need some critical apps around Web3 to address the gaps
