Según mi experiencia a nivel de hardware los consumidores se centran principalmente en tres aspectos: pantalla, cámara y memoria interna para tomar decisiones sobre su compra. No obstante los smartphones en los últimos años se han convertido además de herramientas para facilitar la comunicación entre personas a ser dispositivos que destacar tu estatus social o siguen una moda. Cada día toma más importancia de marcas, diseños y el uso de materiales específicos para dar un valor añadido a los smartphones. Podríamos hablar que los smartphones se han convertido en bisutería o joyería digital.

Las gamas altas de distintos fabricantes siempre están a la última en tipos y compatibilidades de los elementos de comunicación: 5G, Bluetooth o WiFi. Si tu presupuesto es más ajustado normalmente no sueles tener problemas pero quizás el dispostivo no soporte 5G, no tengas la última versión de Bluetooth o no tengas a acceso a los últimos protocolos de WiFi que garantizan más velocidad de transmisión de datos.

I agree with this article. Reliability and compatibility is almost more important than the aesthetic in my opinion. If my devices can work together, and last long with minimal problems I am happy with the product.

Os fabricantes precisam entender as necessidades dos clientes para poder desenvolver produtos que atendam a essas necessidades. Isso pode ser feito por meio de pesquisas, análises de mercado e feedback de clientes.

La gran mayoría de los fabricantes han mejorado mucho en este aspecto por la exigencia de los clientes. Como usuario debo decir que la parte que más me importa es la vinculada a parches relacionados con la seguridad o herramientas que eviten las incursiones de malware. Es importante tener conciencia como usuarios de leer advertencias de seguridad que nos proporcionan tanto los fabricantes de hardware como los sistemas operativos.

We have witnessed throughout the history of smartphones the need to keep up to date. Cases like Nokia, which mistakenly bet on developing its own OS and failed to keep the developer community up to date to offer apps and updates for them. As far as the lambda user is concerned, the most important thing is the apps. The phone is if it is only a means to access what the customer is really interested in. And in that sense it needs to be able to be updated as the market requires it.

Regular updates are great at ensuring the product does not “feel” out of date too soon. Getting continual updates for future software compatibility is a huge plus. I just wish that another team or dedicated team is created to thoroughly go through the update code and software to make sure that they aren’t missing any potentially problematic mistakes in the codes that would make the company have to push out another update to fix the previous update.

Los smartphones son herramientas complejas y aún más con todas las apps que podemos instalar. Pero hay miles de sitios web o videos en internet y desde los propios desarrolladores y fabricantes para poder mejorar nuestra experiencia como usuarios. Es raro no encontrar solución en internet a cualquier problema con un smartphone, ¡incluso para repararlo tu mismo!

I would say that phones owe it to themselves to be easy to use, almost foolproof. Pretending to educate the user is not only paternalistic but also unrealistic and bound to fail. User friendly is the only way to succeed.

El mundo de la personalización se ha convertido además en un negocio. Tanto de manera externa (con las fundas y otros complementos) como interna (con temas, música y fondos de pantalla). Los dispositivos reflejan la personalidad de sus dueños y hacen que cada único sea único. Para mi los smartphones se han convertido en bisutería o joyería digital.

No podemos discutir los grandes cambios producidos por el teléfono... pues no solo es teléfono, es cámara fotográfica, ordenador, internet, agenda, método para socializarse...etc, creo que tendríamos que cambiar su nombre por otro que signifique algo más. Aún no se ha dicho la ultima palabra sobre él, falta la aplicación al completo de la tecnología G5. Como cualquier maquina que concentra tantas opciones, tendremos que ser precavidos con ella, pues se convierte en algo tan imprescindible como peligroso.

For example, billions of pixels in a phone camera whose sensor is smaller than a peppercorn is a useless fallacy; what the user really perceives from that camera is the software. The infinite amount of media that is produced today through phones is dedicated to being shared on social networks where the quality and size of the image is reduced to a minimum. The only thing that the phone conveys is a certain status and for that it needs to be reliable in producing in digital media what the customer aspires to.

Durabilidad y longevidad. Para mi 2 cosas principales: 1. El smartphone que adquieras con los aspectos mas tecnológicos y vanguardistas que tengas debe tener una carga de alta durabilidad y estar preparados al consumo que hagan de este las aplicaciones cual fuesen y que duren en el tiempo. Es decir que una batería no este muerta en 1 o 2 años sino mas. 2. Que se encuentren facilmente en toda Euroipa, puntos de recarga del teléfono.

Qué les parece tener en cuenta que busca, que quiere, y cómo lo puede hacer. A menudo se piensa en los clientes como unos hard users, ni tampoco son analistas de productos. Yo vendido muchos más, de todas marcas. La primera gran conclusión es que en muchos casos da igual el teléfono que sea. Las personas quieren un teléfono para usar la cámara, ver fotos, mensajes y claro teléfono. Y escogen un modelo u otro según les expliquen y el estatus según lo caro que sea. Les da igual un S.O. u otro, muchos, quieren lo que les ha contado en su entorno. Que esperan, que sea fácil de usar, buena cámara, ver las fotos, que dure la batería, que sea fácil de tener otra si se acaba esta y que no se estropee o se caliente mucho la batería y poco más.

Protección sincera al consumidor. Tenemos la certeza que más del 50% de los usuarios pasan más de cuatro horas con estos dispositivos sin embargo nos enfocamos en detalles estéticos y técnicos para hacerlos más atractivos. Esto está muy bien, pero cuando vamos a preocuparnos por la salud de los usuarios! Debemos desarrollar tecnología eficaz para proteger la visión y postura de los consumidores, algo que no sería difícil. Como por ejemplo: Corregir la distancia según tu visión. Corregir la postura, a partir del ángulo de observación. O sea, debemos implementar tecnología que proteja al consumidor en todo sentido. Gracias
