El software de gestión de proyectos en línea que manejamos en Codingtel es Quire, esta app nos gusta mucho, ya que le da la libertad a cada miembro de ver sus tareas en tarjetas, lista, calendario, según le sea más cómodo, así mismo ordenarlas y/o filtrarlas por importancia, fecha, etiquetas... Lo cual promueve la productividad del equipo.

En particular, a mí no me gusta seguir muy de cerca el tiempo de los miembros del equipo, prefiero reportes en bloques de actividades, a menos de que el soporte amerite un reporte detallado. Ya que, siento que es mejor que cada persona tenga la libertad de gestionar su tiempo, siempre y cuando cumpla las tareas en el tiempo estimado.

Las herramientas de edición en línea y conjunta nos permiten trabajar muy eficientemente a distancia, ya que cada persona va trabajando sobre el mismo documento, diseño o código de forma paralela, permitiendo un trabajo eficiente y productivo.

La automatización es un gran aliado del trabajo actual, podemos delegar allí todas las tareas repetitivas que nos quitan tiempo y así permitir que el equipo se enfoque en actividades de mayor valor para todos.
