We simulate different situations, scenarios, models etc. What I find interesting is that people can see when something is going to happen but the over-optimism of the CEO has a way of weighing in. Second thing is to always have options: New markets, new opportunities, new business models etc. The ultimate goal of a CEO is to have new strategies that can help change the game.
