One of the crucial learnings for me has always been Document Everything: Keep detailed records of all discussions, decisions, and changes made throughout the project. This provides a clear reference point and avoids misunderstandings. Use market research, industry trends, or data analysis to provide your client with data-driven recommendations to support their evolving goals.
