Tools like RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) charts can help make roles clear and avoid overlap or confusion. Beyond just the project objectives, share the broader impact of the project. Help the team understand how their work fits into the larger picture whether it’s the company’s mission, a product launch, or customer satisfaction. This helps create a sense of ownership and purpose. Align everyone on the most important tasks. With cross-functional teams, priorities can easily shift based on department goals, so it's crucial to keep everyone focused on what’s most important to the project's success.

Frequent Cross-Functional Engagement: Weekly/ Monthly meetings among team heads to align on company goals and updates. 3. Clear Policies & Acknowledgement: HR uploads policies in Zimyo HRMS, and employees acknowledge them, ensuring accountability. 4. OKRs/KPIs via PMS: Setting clear expectations for each team member with quantified OKRs/KPIs. 5. Regular Standups: Frequent check-ins to update on information and identify missing pieces early. These steps help us maintain alignment and transparency across teams.
