Esse programa consiste em pequenas reuniões semanais, onde grupos de 3 a 5 membros se reúnem para compartilhar não apenas atualizações de projetos, mas também experiências pessoais e desafios enfrentados. Combine isso com o uso de uma plataforma de colaboração, como Miro ou Notion, para que todos possam visualizar e compartilhar suas conquistas e objetivos. Isso cria um ambiente de apoio mútuo e transparência. Organize eventos virtuais trimestrais de integração, como hackathons ou desafios criativos, para promover o trabalho em equipe de forma lúdica.

To strengthen teamwork, I introduced collaborative projects that required input from everyone, reinforcing a sense of shared responsibility. Over time, these efforts led to better communication and collaboration, creating a stronger, more unified team despite the physical distance.
