One strategy that I’ve seen employed is assigning mentors - but not through actual “assigning.” To do this, I will pair up folks of differing skill levels and ask them to produce a deliverable (sales, a project, a presentation) and ensure they collaborate together. That way they can learn from each other. It’s a technique I picked up in the military. It’s worked well in the corporate world.
