Extreme whether conditions in construction project needs considerations.It creates many types of problems needs classified attention and advance arrangements.Extreme cold and snow fall, heavy rains and flooding or excess heat winds are some prominent threats.In all three conditions, communications and transportation get disturbed.Food for labourer needs to be stored.Arial transportation in emergecy can be in stand by mode.Sattelite communication becomes the only way out for contact ,that must also be available in stand by mode.Medical facility to be kept ready all time for such situations.Some time ,material supply also get disturbed ,that can be transported arially as paying labourer for no work is not viable idea.
