What is the specific outcome expected after the training 3. Is the training need justified with the organization strategy and vision 4. Design and define the training modules and identify the target audience for each modules 5. Define the evaluation technique 6. Analysis the reality vs expectation and the outcome Once analysed all the parameters it's easy to present it accordingly.

Na minha experiência o treinamento deve estar alinhado às expectativas do grupo como um todo, por isso a importancia do diagnóstico para colocar os participantes com as mesmas carências e perfil parecido. Não adianta colocar a todo mundo, aproveitando o treinamento, o que estamos fazendo é perder o tempo.

Before addressing the conflicting expectations, make sure training outcomes are aligned with the organization’s strategic goals, the project objectives and the roles of those you’re training. Determine which skills and insights participants need most then develop materials and activities that will introduce them to the knowledge and experiences that can increase their competence in those skills. Once you’re clear about how you are prioritizing and incorporating these foundational aspects, collaborate with the team to establish collective agreement regarding additional elements that will improve the training and outcomes.
