Firstly, everyone opinion matters.
Once hearing the teams ideas, gather the top three or four, and discuss it among the team. Have the team give their opinion, then send it to a discussion + vote on the best approach.
Make sure everyone is happy to move ahead, but your opinion as lead is vital to share and agree on with all involved

When my team has conflicting views on project scope, I focus on creating alignment by facilitating open discussions and driving clarity. First, I bring everyone together to openly share their perspectives, ensuring that each team member feels heard. Then, I clarify the project’s key objectives, focusing on the bigger picture and how each viewpoint contributes to the overall goals. I highlight any non-negotiables and work with the team to identify areas where compromise can be made. By breaking down the scope into clearly defined tasks and setting realistic expectations about timeframes and deliverables, I ensure everyone is on the same page. Regular check-ins help maintain alignment and allow for adjustments as needed.
