Besides what has been mentioned already (data, proof based, structured coaching), I would primarily give SPACE to the analytically minded person, without rushing their replies by strategically using silence in between questions and replies. Silence helps people revealing gems and deep insights. I would finalize the coaching session with a clear, time based step-by-step acting plan along with the engagement plan, if additional coaching session/s be required.
