When I meet a client with no electrical knowledge, but working in that field, I focus on explaining the problem using the same language they use to describe it. I avoid technical jargon and speak in simple, everyday terms. For instance, if they describe an issue as ‘the system is acting strange,’ I’ll work with that language and explain the cause and solution in a way that makes sense to them. My goal is to make sure they understand the issue and the solution without needing to know technical terms. By mirroring their language, I build trust and ensure they feel confident in my solution." This strengthens the idea of building a connection by meeting the client where they are, which is a powerful strategy for effective communication

In my experience whenever I meet clients who’s lack of knowledge in Electrical Design I always start with the Basic Design, Basic computation, what are the standard factors needed to consider in making Electrical Design and then sighting an examples and whenever I feel that she/he got the idea that I want him/her to understand that answer the questions in his/her mind then that is the right time to introduce the complex design with complex examples and by using simulation software before applying it in the real world of Electrical works. So by the next time we meet he/she will just simply say thank you for the knowledge that you’ve taught me and I will just simply say thanks be to GOD.
