I’d start with sketching out the screens of the user flow on paper or a whiteboard and don’t worry about the different platform requirements just yet. When you start wireframing, you can start to layer in the platform-specific components. You’re most likely gonna be delivering different sets of designs for each platform. Getting that core experience nailed down in the sketching phase will make it easier for users to jump between platforms too. Have you ever tried to use Instagram on your laptop browser? It’s weird!
